Investment Requirements
The minimum investment in the Minotaur Global Opportunities Fund is $250,000.
Wholesale Investor Requirements
Additionally, you must qualify as a Wholesale Investor under one of the following criteria:
- Invest $500,000 or more (automatically qualifying as a wholesale investor), or
- Provide a Qualified Accountant's Certificate confirming either:
- Net assets of at least $2.5 million, or
- Gross income of at least $250,000 for each of the last two financial years

Accessing Your Investment
Registering for the Automic Investor Portal
The Investor Portal allows you to access your transaction statements, make additional applications, and process redemptions.
Once your application is processed, you can register and access your investment details by following these steps:
- Visit the Automic Investor Portal
- Click Register
- Enter "Minotaur Global Opportunities Fund" in the Company Name field
- Enter your Holder Number (provided in your confirmation email)
- Enter your Australian postcode or country
- Complete the security check and click "Next"
- Set up your username and password
