Wholesale Investor Requirements
Additionally, you must qualify as a Wholesale Investor under one of the following criteria:
- Invest $500,000 or more (automatically qualifying as a wholesale investor), or
- Provide a Qualified Accountant's Certificate confirming either:
- Net assets of at least $2.5 million, or
- Gross income of at least $250,000 for each of the last two financial years
